70 % of the building-DIY distribution network activity can be attributed to 3 wholesale trade networks (general and specialist builders’ merchants, plumbing-heating distributors, decoration product distributors), which represent together a global turnover of 21-22 billion €, and one retail trade network, representing by itself a turnover of
9.3-9.4 billion €.

The aim of DISTRIBUTION BÂTIMENT-BRICOLAGE is to enable manufacturers to have a better understanding of the evolution of these 4 distribution networks and to assess their sales potential for each network in each department.
